Tier-1 bank replaces RSA with ML-KEM hybrid across core payments stack

A large multinational bank used ANKASecure© to introduce an ML-KEM / RSA hybrid across its core payments infrastructure — no application rewrites, policy-driven migration enforced from the control plane. The pattern maps cleanly onto PCI DSS 4.0 cryptographic-inventory and algorithm-agility expectations and DORA cryptographic-resilience obligations.

We needed post-quantum coverage for long-lived cardholder and settlement data without rewriting thirty years of core banking code. The control plane handled the algorithm migration at the policy layer — our applications never knew the algorithm changed.

National EHR provider achieves HIPAA + NIST FIPS 203 readiness in one quarter

A national electronic-health-record provider used ANKASecure© to inventory embedded cryptography across its EHR, PACS and device-telemetry stack, then deploy ML-KEM for PHI-protecting encryption and ML-DSA for regulated digital signatures. Hybrid operation preserved interoperability with legacy medical devices and partner systems during the transition.

Protected Health Information stays sensitive for a lifetime. We could not wait for a quantum computer to exist before acting — the harvest-now-decrypt-later window is already open. The control plane gave our privacy office something their auditors could sign off on.

Federal agency meets NSM-10 inventory requirement with ANKASecure© control plane

A federal civilian agency used ANKASecure© to produce the cryptographic inventory required by National Security Memorandum 10 across its applications, FedRAMP-authorized cloud workloads and shared services. The control plane then enforced NIST FIPS 203/204/205 algorithms and NSA CNSA 2.0 suites by policy, with tamper-evident audit logs built for ATO review and Inspector General scrutiny.

NSM-10 asked us for an inventory and a migration plan on a fixed schedule. The orchestration layer produced both in weeks — not the multi-year project we had scoped internally.

DEPLOYMENT PATTERNS

What's common to all ANKASecure© deployments

  • Drop-in migration with no application rewrite — cryptography moves at the policy layer, not in application code.
  • Pre-mapped policy templates for multi-jurisdiction compliance across PCI DSS 4.0, DORA, HIPAA, NSM-10 and CNSA 2.0.
  • Tamper-evident audit trail from day one — every algorithm choice, key operation and policy change is logged and attributable.
  • L3 Control Plane deployment in weeks, not quarters — from inventory to enforced hybrid ML-KEM / ML-DSA operation.
